Cancellation
We call all appointments 24 hours in advance for confirmation. We know that sometimes situations come up and we kindly ask for four hours’ notice if you need to cancel your scheduled appointment. Clients that regularly cancel or no-show will only be taken as walk-in clients or will be required to provide a non-refundable deposit to schedule an appointment in the future.
Late Arrivals
We have a 15-minute grace period for your scheduled appointment. Please ensure to give us a call if you are running behind your scheduled appointment. Clients arriving after the 15-minute grace period will be available to get a service as a walk-in client, based on availability.
Appointment Scheduling
At Be Posh we try to ensure that we are always staying on schedule with our clients, however, there are times that clients book the wrong service, add a new service, or require more difficult designs. If Be Posh Nail Spa is late for your appointment time, you will be provided the option of waiting for your scheduled technician or fulfilling your services with the next available technician.

Client Refunds
Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds. If you are not satisfied with your current services, we will provide an alternate technician to ensure your satisfaction with every service.
Be Posh Nail Spa Guarantee
Be Posh Nail Spa stands behind the work provided for every client. Chipped or broken nails at fault by Be Posh Nail Spa will be repaired at no charge within seven (7) days of service.
